TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please take time to read through the artist's terms and conditions provided below.

FOR ALL TYPES OF COMMISSIONS

  • The artist has the right to decline commissions.

  • The artist will be retaining their rights to all commissioned works.

  • The artist is allowed to use commissioned outputs as sample work for portfolio purposes (unless the client will prefer to keep their commissioned piece confidential).

  • The artist will only allow a maximum of three (3) revisions. Extra fees will be charged per revision.

  • All final outputs will be in soft copy (.PNG, PDF) only and sent via email.

  • If the client wishes to have a copy of the RAW file (.PSD, .AI), the artist will render additional charges.

  • Should the client post the final output online, they must provide credits to the artist.

FOR PERSONAL USE

  • Personal-use commissions are NOT to be sold or reproduced in any manner (e.g., merchandise)

  • The client is free to edit, print, post, and use the artwork to their liking as long as they don't claim it as theirs.

TIME FRAME

  • The duration of the art process may vary depending on the number of commissions, the complexity of the design, and current circumstances (personal matters, etc.).

  • The client should give a specific date if they have to meet certain deadlines.

  • The artist will send follow-ups from time to time.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • The client may opt to pay 100% upfront or make a downpayment. The remaining fees must be settled before the artist sends the final output.

  • The client will only submit their payment when they have settled an agreement (on the commissioned design) with the artist.

  • The artist will begin working on the commission once they have received the payment.

  • The client must present screenshot/s or receipts as proof of payment.

  • There will be no refunds once the artist has started working on the commission.
